“Aviaagregat” is one of the leading enterprises in Russia for the design and manufacture of landing gear for aircraft of various types. At different times, the enterprise manufactured aircraft landing gears of general developers — Ilyushin S.V., Tupolev A.N. Sukhoi P.O., Antonov O.K., Myasishhev V.M., Mil’ M.L., Kamov N. I., Mikoyan A.I. and Gurevich M.I.
“Aviaagregat” produced and produces landing gear for transport aircraft (An-26, An-32, An-72/74, Il-112V), helicopters (Ka-25, Ka-27, Ka-62), civil aviation aircraft (Il -86, IL-96, An-24, Tu-134, Tu-154, Tu-204, Tu-214, Tu-204SM) and other aircrafts.
“Aviaagregat” has sufficient capabilities for the development and manufacture of the landing gear for aircrafts of any type. Most of the subsystems and units are manufactured at our own facilities.
When developing the product, titanium and aluminum alloys and high-quality steels were widely used, which significantly reduced the mass of the moving part of the landing gear. The landing gear design provides the ability to take off and land from the runway of any type (soil, gravel, landing on ice is possible).
The landing gear has an original retraction scheme with a shock absorber swinging during operation on the main struts. High-strength titanium and aluminum alloys are widely used in the design, which made it possible to ensure high indicators of weight efficiency.
A feature of support legs of the Ka-62 helicopter is the use of combined units, which are involved both in shock-absorbing and in retraction-extension of landing gear. Type of shock absorbers - liquid-gas with discharge. Titanium and aluminum alloys are widely used in the landing gear design, due to which the mass of the entire set of support legs is significantly reduced, and also the landing gear allows us to meet the requirements for helicopter landing at high vertical speeds.
The Yak-152 features a three-leg retractable landing gear with a front strut. Each of the struts has one wheel with low-pressure pneumatics, which allows the aircraft to use unpaved airfields for take-off and landing.
The extension and retraction of the Yak-152 landing gear, as well as braking, are carried out using a hydraulic system.
